What CardMagnate is

CardMagnate is a fan-made community and research tool for Pokémon Trading Card Game collectors. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names, images, and trademarks are property of their respective owners, used here for identification purposes only.

Not financial advice

Card pricing, projections, and market data shown on CardMagnate are research estimates only, drawn from third-party market indicators. They are not a guarantee of current or future value, not a complete record of verified sales, and not financial or investment advice. Don't make purchasing decisions based solely on figures shown here.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; this removes your profile and collection data.

Acceptable use

When using CardMagnate, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Scrape or bulk-extract data from the site without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post (community posts, bio, etc.). By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site as part of the normal operation of the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Availability

CardMagnate is provided as-is, without guaranteed uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during this early beta period, and will try to give notice of significant changes where practical.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardMagnate is provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on information within it, including pricing data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
